Headquartered in the Atlanta Metro Area, Capital Area Development, LLC was founded as a real estate investment firm to capitalize on opportunities resulting from severely constrained capital markets. Capital Area invests in the development of urban commercial and residential communities. Capital Area Development continues to seek investment opportunities in markets that are underserved or imbalanced with respect to capital availability and/or real estate demand/supply fundamentals.
The core of our investment strategy is providing the optimum value in functionality, location and cost. We leverage our expertise to coordinate with construction companies and lenders on behalf of our clients. We closely manage various projects, keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining the facilities, and focus on driving profits. By bridging the gap between lenders, builders, and end users, we create a vital role in controlling unnecessary expenses and improving efficiency and effectiveness for all parties.

The mission of Capital Area Development, LLC is to see that more affordable housing and affordable commercial real estate becomes a reality in the Atlanta Metro Area, for those citizens and businesses that would not otherwise receives those opportunities.
